Refunds & Replacements: The IRL™ Promise

If your gear or supplements fall short of our elite standards, we’ll make it right—no hesitation, no excuses.

 


What’s Covered

We’ll issue a refund or replacement for the following:

  • Production Errors – Misprints, defects, or incorrect items.

  • Shipping Damage – If your order arrives damaged or unusable.

  • Lost Packages – If your order doesn’t reach your doorstep.

 

 

 

The Resolution Process

Need help? It’s fast and simple:

  1. Contact Us – Email our Support Squad at info@ironreaperlabs.com.

  2. Provide Details – Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.

  3. Our Response

    • Replacements – Shipped within 3 business days.

    • Refunds – Processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Note: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery—or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is lost in the void.

 

 

When Refunds Aren’t Possible

Even warriors need rules of engagement. Refunds and replacements don’t apply to:

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses – Orders with incorrect details at checkout can be reshipped at your expense.

  2. Unclaimed Shipments – If a package returns to us as unclaimed, you cover reshipping.

  3. Change of Mind – All items are made-to-order. Double-check your size, color, and style before placing your order.

  4. Customs Conflicts (International Orders) – We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

  5. Orders In Transit – Refunds are not issued for packages still in transit unless confirmed as lost.
